You can track your order by clicking the ‘Track your order’ link in your order confirmation email.

If your order has been marked as delivered and you’re unable to locate it, or if your order is past the expected delivery date, you can contact our Customer Service Team and we will help you track your order. 

We process all print orders within 24 business hours and we ship them as soon as the print job is done. We shall sent you the tracking details as soon as the order is shipped. Depending on your location, the time frame varies for each order. However rest assured that you will receive your order at the earliest. 

Monday to Friday is considered as Business Days. All Public holidays will not be considered as a business day. 

We currently ship only in Australia. Focus Prints is unable to deliver overseas. Please check our shipping policy for more details

You cannot cancel a customized order if the print work is in process. However, you can connect with us to check if the print work has been processed or not. If not we can cancel your order. 

Yes, there will be a nominal delivery charge for your order. 

Yes, we do provide design services at an additional cost.
