Refund and Returns Policy

1. Non-Customized Products

  • Return Eligibility: Items that are non-customized can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

2. Customized Prints

  • No Returns/Refunds for Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of customized prints, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. Please review your order carefully before placing it, including checking spelling, colors, and designs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
